The Chair Persons Team

 At Talbot Woods Lodge we strive to provide a person centered service for all who access it! This would not be possible without our team of chair persons. Every three months, residents will hold a chair persons meeting at Talbot Woods Lodge to discuss how they feel about the service we provide and to discuss changes they feel would improve the service we provide. As well as this other topics such as menu changes, outings, training, outreach schemes, resident holidays and many other issues are talked about also!
